Our beginning
Vocalis Foundation began with a simple conviction: lasting change in North-east India starts when people, ideas, and communities work side by side. What started as shared dialogue among practitioners, researchers, and young leaders is growing into a platform for knowledge, grassroots action, and a unified public voice.
